Product quality assurance

The quality system at MB TOOL s.r.o., complies with the certification of the internationally accepted standard ISO TS 16949 in series production, and ISO 9001:2001 standards in the tool-shop, respectively. MB TOOL s.r.o. is fully competent to effectuate deliveries to the automotive industry.

Control

The quality of our products is daily ensured by our quality control specialists. Our company lays high demands on the QC professionals and we are moving in this direction with a forward-looking mind. As a result, we generally maintain a very low scrap rate in our production.

We apply the latest measuring technologies for control, verification and measuring purposes. We presently run our control processes using the WERTH 3D CNC coordinate measuring machine which is set with a precision touch probe and an image processing sensor system.

We are not producing a single part today that we could not measure!
