Plastic parts

At our moulding plant we produce plastic mouldings with the use of thermoplastics on machines with moulding capacity ranging from 25 to 200 tones, with possible applications for injection moulding of components up to 500 g in weight. Moulding machines are integrated with modern control systems and peripherals which ensure reliable and stable process management.

Assemblies

In addition to the production of plastic parts we also prepare subassemblies – we have extensive experience in this field.

Leather processing

MB TOOL has expanded its operational reach in the field of comprehensive supplies by adding natural leather processing – especially for control lever parts and hand brake parts.

Serial metal machining

The series production at our company is concluded by rotational machining of metals with the use of CNC rotational machining units. We offer lot size production as well as series production of parts.
